Initial Consultation Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that, per the legal requirements of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act, Linkbridge Immigration will request a copy of my photo ID before my consultation appointment.

2. I understand that consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover both your reserved time slot and time spent reviewing any information you provide before the session. Missed appointment will require new paid booking unless previously agreed to by us.

3. The consultation fee covers a one-time consultation session and will be fully credited toward our service fee if you decide to retain us fully within 14 days of the initial consultation.

4. I understand that, except for correspondence received from IRCC, Linkbridge Immigration will not review application forms or supporting documentation during a consultation. To book an application review, a separate review form must be completed by the applicant.

5. I understand that a maximum of 2 simple follow-up questions are permitted as long as they are submitted within 5 days of the consultation and pertain to the consultation. Any questions that fall outside these parameters will require a new paid consultation.

6. All information discussed or disclosed in the context of a consultation at Linkbridge Immigration Inc. is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, and is bound by representative-client privilege. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8. By booking this initial consultation, you acknowledge that any interaction with IRCC or CBSA undertaken by you without retaining Linkbridge Immigration Inc. as a legal representative is done at your own risk, and Linkbridge Immigration Inc. accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any such interaction.
